Two Harbors Investment Corp. maintains a Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan that is administered by the Computershare Shareowner Services LLC (the "Plan Administrator"). The Plan currently provides interested investors, both current shareholders of record as well as new investors wishing to make an initial purchase, with a convenient and economical method to invest funds and reinvest dividends into shares of Two Harbors' Common Stock while providing a source of capital for the Company.
